This award-recognized mid-century modern renovation brought together Scandinavian-inspired custom cabinetry, updated flooring, architectural trim details, and a refined material palette across the kitchen, dinette, dining room, and foyer.

The result reflects Martire's ability to modernize a home while respecting its original design language: an organic, paved foyer, a slat trim wall, and warm, considered finishes throughout. The home earned Interior Design Society 2024 Designer of the Year, 1st Runner Up recognition.
