This storybook residence required a substantial whole-home renovation and rebuild, with only two rooms left intact. Martire Custom Homes guided the build direction, restoration decisions, fixtures, and design selections while preserving defining architectural details, including the original fireplace, distinctive wood ceiling features, and the home's signature spider web motif.

The work stands as an example of the studio's renovation leadership and restoration sensitivity, carried from structure through finishes with care for the home's storybook character.
